HOW TO BOOK RELOAD ....
We are available all year and accept engagements at any time.
Our policy is to contract the first confirmed booking without prejudice, however prime seasonal dates, Public Holidays and Saturdays generate multiple enquiries, therefore we strongly advise customers to book RELOAD as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Dates can be reserved but are fully secured on receipt of a signed contract and deposit.
Follow our three simple steps to engage our services ...
| 1. Initial Enquiry | Contact using the "Booking Enquiry" link and we will confirm our availability and provide a quote based on the information you have given us. | |
| 2. Verbal Agreement | We will answer any questions you may have, address any concerns, discuss your final arrangements and agree a price. | |
| 3. Engagement Contracted | A personalised contract will be posted to you. After signing and returning the contract with your deposit the date and the RELOAD's services will be secured. |
When making enquiries please provide us with as much information as possible. This will ensure we can provide an accurate quote and confirm that all requirements can be met. If you are unsure of anything, we would be happy to pass on the benefit of our experience, make suggestions and answer any questions you have, so please contact us.

Our price is calculated using the following variables ...

Transport hire & distance to venue |

| Performance times | Either 1,2 or 3 spots with up to 3 hours of live music. |
| Full duration of the engagement | This will depend on the location of the event and at what time you require us to arrive at and depart the venue. |
| Technical & lighting specification | This is dependent on the size of the venue and number of guests in relation to the appropriate size of PA and lighting effects. |
| Any other requirements | Talk to us, we're very flexible!! |
Depending on these factors our prices can start from as little as £750 !! Prime dates such as Christmas & New Years Eve are negotiable.
